However, we understand that sometimes you may need to exchange an item. We are happy to offer a one-time exchange for the following reasons:
Size Exchange: The item does not fit.
Colour Exchange: You would like a different colour of the same product.
Defective or Damaged Item: The product you received is defective, damaged, or not as described on the website.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be:
Unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
In the original packaging with all tags intact (e.g., clothing tags, jewellery boxes).
Accompanied by the original invoice or proof of purchase.
Requested within 7 days of receiving your order.
Please note: For hygiene reasons, certain items like earrings (for pierced ears) and custom-made or sale items cannot be exchanged unless they are defective.
To initiate an exchange, please follow these steps:
Contact Us: Email us at info@festivemahal.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number, the product name, and clear photos of the item along with the reason for exchange.
Wait for Approval: Our customer care team will review your request and provide you with instructions and the shipping address for the exchange if approved.
Ship the Item: Once approved, please securely pack the item in its original packaging and mail it to us. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs for sending the item back to us for exchange.
Receive Your New Item: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will ship the exchanged product to you. We will bear the shipping cost for sending the new item to you.
If the specific product (size/colour) you wish to exchange for is out of stock, we will issue a store credit in the form of a discount coupon for the value of the original product, which can be used for a future purchase on our website.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@festivemahal.com with your order number and photos/videos of the product and its packaging. We will arrange a free exchange for the correct item at no extra shipping cost to you.
The following items cannot be exchanged unless they are received defective:
Earrings for pierced ears (for hygiene reasons)
Any custom-made or personalised items.
Items marked as “Final Sale” or on clearance.
